Store Manager - Night Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our night shift team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store operation during your shift, ensuring that all areas are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure that all store areas are maintained to a high standard, including the shop floor, stockrooms, and back-of-house areas
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and merchandise displays
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the leadership team to implement store strategies and initiatives
