We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team, someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our diesel generators, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair diesel generators, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with complex equipment, working closely with our service team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in servicing and maintaining complex equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A clean and tidy appearance, with a full driving license.
