Fawkes and Reece London require a skilled tradesworker for various tasks in South West London.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, decorating, patch plastering, and glazing.

Skill Requirements:

  • Basic DBS
  • Plumbing skills
  • Carpentry, including fencing and lock changes
  • Tiling skills
  • Decorating expertise
  • Patch plastering abilities
  • Unvented cylinders knowledge
  • Glazing skills
  • UPVC window overhaul experience
  • Able to self-manage
  • Holds a Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Holds relevant qualifications (i.e. NVQ or equivalent, Asbestos Awareness)
  • Knowledge of 'Schedule of Rates' (SOR's)
  • Experience using PDA's or iPads
  • Social Housing Repairs experience
  • Ability to be helpful, enthusiastic, and flexible
  • Reliable and punctual
