This position involves the implementation and ongoing support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The role requires customizing and configuring workflows to facilitate system integration. Additionally, testing ERP functionalities is essential to ensure alignment with the client's business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine ERP business system solution needs by engaging with clients, analyzing operational workflows, defining solution objectives, and preparing detailed specifications.
  2. Implement and provide support for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics D365BC) for both new and existing clients, covering design, product configuration, testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live assistance.
  3. Collect information necessary for the development of custom applications that complement or integrate with existing software solutions.
  4. Adhere to Calsoft's Project Charter and implementation methodology, ensuring that all deliverables are met and project documentation is thorough.
  5. Promote additional ERP consulting services within the existing customer base.
  6. Participate in presales activities, including product demonstrations and proposal development.
  7. Utilize experience and judgment to effectively plan and achieve objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or with related ERP software.
  3. Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  4. Maintain a professional demeanor in attitude, conduct, and appearance.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  7. Capable of conveying technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Must reside in the UK and be willing to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of processes in manufacturing, distribution, or service industries.
  2. Ability to devise, propose, and implement innovative solutions as necessary.
  3. Contribute to and influence decisions regarding departmental procedures.
  4. Assist management with organizational planning.
  5. Fluency in Japanese is a plus.

Salary Range: K GBP
