Senior Personal Care Coordinator

Job Description: As a Senior Personal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the resident assessment process, developing individual care plans, and providing guidance and support to your team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resident assessments to ensure accurate planned care
- Develop and maintain individual care plans
- Support and develop team members
- Manage equipment storage and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Safe Medication Management programme
About You: To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards, a minimum of two years' experience in long-term care or a related industry, and experience in leading a team in a similar care environment. An NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent is essential. We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
