Salary and Benefits">We offer a competitive salary of up to £17.00 per hour, with double-time pay on Bank Holidays. Additionally, you will receive £13.50 for your travel and wait time, as well as paid mileage at 30p per mile. Our minimum one-hour visits ensure quality care without rushing, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through our Career Pathway program.
Job Description">As a Caregiver with Home Instead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes. This may involve assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. You will work closely with our experienced care coordinators to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Required Skills and Qualifications">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to care. You will also require a driving license and access to reliable transportation. While prior experience in care is not necessary, you will need to be willing to undergo training and certification to ensure you are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
