**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the team of dedicated SEND practitioners to ensure a creative, exciting, and joyful learning environment for children.
  • Directly report to the manager and contribute to the development of individualized learning plans.
  • Collaborate with long-term teachers to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for children with SEN.
