Support Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Support Care Worker to join our friendly team, where you will be working with older people requiring residential, nursing, and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and getting dressed
- Administering medication under supervision
- Providing emotional support and making recommendations to family members and healthcare personnel on care plans
- Organizing recreational activities to enhance the quality of life for residents
Please note that this role requires day and night shifts, as well as weekend availability. A valid driver's license is also required due to the remote location.
Requirements- Previous experience in care work is desirable but not essential
- Excellent spoken English language skills
- Empathy, sensitivity, tact, and discretion when interacting with residents and their families
The hourly rate for this position is £12.45 per hour, which is competitive in the industry. Additional benefits include:
