About the Role

**Job Title:** Maintenance Engineer

**Salary:** £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

**Location:** Gloucestershire

**Contract:** Fulltime, Permanent Position

**Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to provide planned preventative and predictive maintenance services and support to our factory's department functions. This will enable the department to operate at a high level of availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine maintenance and repairs to equipment and machinery
  • Conduct predictive maintenance activities to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with department functions to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
