Job Title: Truck and Car Spares Advisor
">Elite Workforce Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting for a knowledgeable and experienced Truck and Car Spares Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and providing expert advice on automotive parts.
">Salary: £31,200 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive benefits such as 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays and company pension contributions.
">About the Role:
">We are looking for someone with previous experience in the truck or automotive industry who can provide exceptional customer service and support our workshop technicians with their requirements. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to effectively manage parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Handle customer enquiries over the phone and at the front counter
- Manage parts orders and support workshop technicians with their requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control records
- Proactively upsell to maximise all sales opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service
Requirements:
">We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
">- Previous experience in the truck or automotive industry
- Strong customer service, communication, and satisfaction skills
- Proven ability in inventory control and stock management
- Organised, with an analytical approach to handling customer queries
- High attention to detail with strong administrative and computer skills
- Motivation to upsell and identify new sales opportunities
