Technical Instructor Motor Vehicles

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced vehicle technician to join our team as a Motor Vehicle Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to apprentices and developing their skills in motor vehicle repair and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions to T1, T2, and T3 level apprentices on various aspects of vehicle technician principles
- Provide one-to-one guidance and support to apprentices to ensure they reach their full potential
- Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in motor vehicle
- Vehicle or master technician background with experience in teaching and training
- Living within an hour of Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 per annum, plus a full training provided, 23% pension, excellent benefits package, and 55 days holiday.
