Morson Talent is currently recruiting for a highly skilled HS&E Advisor to work on behalf of a reputable Aerospace client based in Yeovil. This role is a contract until April 2025, with the possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the safety and well-being of employees, as well as the quality and reliability of aerospace products. Their contributions will help the company maintain compliance with industry regulations, minimize risks, and ensure the highest level of safety and quality in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive HS&E strategies and programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment within the Aerospace business unit.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver safety training programs.
  4. Preferred: IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
  5. Further training will be provided in PC skills, manual handling, 5S, HOS principles, and general health and safety.
