Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee e-procurement processes and ensure compliance with financial instructions
  • Prepare documentation for mutual aid and external charging opportunities
  • Manage petty cash and credit card transactions
  • Use CARM duty management system to resolve overtime issues and entitlements
  • Act as subject matter expert on overtime and associated entitlements
  • Represent and attend CARM practitioners group and tri-force meetings
  • Design and provide accurate and timely reporting on Local Policing overtime
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration or finance qualification
  • 3 years relevant experience in finance administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and M365
  • Ability to analyse data and make recommendations
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Benefits:
  • Starting salary of £27,789 (pro-rata'd) rising with service
  • 18.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Annual leave allowance of 24 days (pro-rata'd)
  • Local government pension scheme
