The Performance Analyst role at Rullion Ltd requires a skilled individual to work closely with the Principal Human Factors Engineer to ensure that all human factors aspects are properly considered during design and implementation phases.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Principal Human Factors Engineer in ensuring that all human factors requirements are met
  • Carry out human factors assessment work in support of ergonomic design development, safety assessment, and the validation of the human performance elements of high hazard systems
  • Develop and implement effective human factors solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology
  • MSc in Occupational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Industrial Psychology
  • Significant experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Good understanding of nuclear safety assessment principles and safety case production
  • Familiar with HF qualitative and quantitative HRA techniques
  • Experienced in the application of human factors knowledge in support of engineering system and process design
  • Able to deliver work packages against tight deadlines
  • Able to gain SC clearance

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work with occasional travel to Devonport
  • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Up to £70.00 per hour - umbrella company
