Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As the 'voice' of all incoming calls, you will champion the role as our very own Brand Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and attending to queries from new and existing clients.
  • Directing calls as required and taking messages.
  • Assisting with Proof of Delivery (POD's) as and when necessary.
  • Checking on production updates.
  • Administrative duties, as and when required, to support the customer services team.
