Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and hardworking Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering home furnishings to customers, working closely with a Driver's Mate to manage customer communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive to customer houses and deliver home furnishings across the region and surrounding areas
  • Load, unload, and deliver products to the customer's room of choice
  • Work collaboratively with a Driver's Mate to manage customer communication and organization
  • Meet daily delivery targets, with a range of 15-27 drops per day
  • Work a rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays, with 3 weekends off in 7
  • Be prepared to work overtime to complete allocated duties

Requirements

  • A full driving license that allows you to drive in the UK
  • No more than 5 points on your license
  • A basic understanding of English
  • Physical capability to handle heavy lifting
  • Subject to a satisfactory Basic Disclosure
