We're seeking a talented Front of House Team Member to join our Premier Inn team in Worcester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Make a positive impression with our guests from the moment they arrive
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
