Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at IO Associates, a leading consultancy specializing in shaping the built environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier projects and contributing to our commitment to Net Zero initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to construction, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Conduct thorough building pathology, design, and specification, including Net Zero schemes, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project management, due diligence surveys, and contract administration, utilizing expertise in JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from a RICS-accredited program.
  • Full RICS membership.
  • Demonstrable all-round surveying experience with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in IT tools, AutoCAD, and knowledge of Revit is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within and beyond the region as required.
