Job Title: Children Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children Home Manager to lead our new children's home in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of our services and maintaining the highest standards of care for our young people.

About the Role:

  • Manage the 4-bedded residential home efficiently, ensuring the effective delivery of our main responsibilities and key result areas.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to ensure effective management across services on a 24/7 basis.
  • Offer expert support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
  • Build and develop a high-performing staff team.
  • Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers.
  • Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards.
  • Manage recruitment and staffing.
  • Work with Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure the service implements company policies and procedures.
  • Manage quality assurance.
  • Manage budget.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £60,000.
  • + £5,000 in welcome bonuses.
  • + up to 10% performance bonuses.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Completed Level 5 Residential Childcare.
  • Experience within an EBD Setting.
  • QCF 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (Children's Social Care Pathway) or equivalent.
