About the Role
NHS Professionals Limited is seeking an experienced Podiatrist to provide high-quality, responsive services for high-risk patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our podiatry services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse or complex presentations/multi-pathologies to identify their problems and needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practice, taking into account patients' medical, psychological, social, environmental, and cultural factors.
- Provide expert advice to patients to ensure their understanding, co-operation, compliance, and consent.
- Facilitate safe and timely patient discharge and determine the outcome of podiatry management.
- Plan and prioritize workload, including that of more junior staff, and access advice and support from senior therapists as required.
