Senior Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour week standard days, with additional overtime premium, OTE £50,000 - £55,000+.
Job Description:
This is a senior role within our logistics operations team, requiring a strong leader with experience in managing a team of mechanics. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of workshops, ensuring the fleet of vehicles are well maintained, safe, reliable and cost efficient.
You will need to coordinate inspections, manage physical assets, and maintain productive relationships with external service providers. A strong understanding of mechanical principles, vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair processes for large fleet vehicles is essential. You will also require excellent communication skills and time management, as well as full UK driving license.
