Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RSCN to further their career and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients' families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

Requirements:

  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style with the ability to bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written, to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK driving licence essential
