Job Title: Critical Care Educator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Educator to join our team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. As a critical care educator, you will play a vital role in providing education and training to healthcare professionals across various settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult resuscitation and emergency care, with experience in developing and delivering training programs. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating training activities, working closely with the Resuscitation Committee and Senior Resuscitation Practitioner.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting high standards of care and contributing to the development of the uLHB Resuscitation Service.

The estimated salary for this position is £44,776 - £70,718 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals in adult resuscitation and emergency care
  • Manage and coordinate training activities, including scheduling and logistics
  • Work closely with the Resuscitation Committee and Senior Resuscitation Practitioner to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Contribute to the development of the uLHB Resuscitation Service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
