Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting a highly skilled Technical Maintenance Professional to join their team. As a seasoned Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, you will contribute to the delivery of premium maintenance and repair services for various vehicle types, working closely with a renowned blue chip company.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and work with a leading organization, offering a salary package of around £55,000 per annum (OTE: £60,000-£70,000), inclusive of overtime payments and a one-time signing bonus of £1,500. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service quality and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development initiatives to refine your technical skills and stay updated on industry trends.


Requirements
  • Hold a valid vehicle technician certification.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience working with a variety of vehicle types, including passenger vehicles and commercial fleets.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrate a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • The ideal candidate will be based in one of the following locations: Crick, Rugby, West Haddon, Guilsborough, Welford, Naseby, Kilsby, or Swinford.
