As a Tuition Support Coach with Remedy Education, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of students who require additional support. With a focus on outreach teaching, you will develop and deliver tailored learning programs that cater to individual needs, promoting academic success and personal growth.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with students, clients, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise in teaching Maths, Science, or English will enable you to create engaging lesson plans that meet the unique requirements of each student.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Teaching three students daily, adapting lesson plans to meet their individual needs
  • Regularly meeting with clients to discuss progress and goals
  • Developing innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination

We offer a generous salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement. With a standard working schedule from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday, this role offers flexibility to accommodate client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
