Reed Learning is seeking a skilled CIPD Level 3 Tutor to join their remote team. As a CIPD Level 3 Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality learning experiences to our students.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced CIPD Level 3 Tutor to provide support to learners studying for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or L&D, with a proven track record of delivering and assessing CIPD qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver online sessions and provide tailored 1:1 support to learners
  • Contribute to the development of course materials and assess candidate work
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback to aid learner progression
  • Confidently use online technology to support blended learning
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a practical HR or L&D role
  • CIPD Chartered Member or above is desirable
  • Relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Recent experience in the delivery and assessment of CIPD Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development qualifications up to level 5
  • Proven track record of online delivery of CIPD qualifications
  • Ability to create and develop contemporary course materials
  • Interest in providing individual support to students and ability to provide high-quality constructive feedback
  • Good communication and organisation skills
