About the Role

We are seeking a Nuclear Chemistry Specialist to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out complex tasks under minimal supervision, working in a 24/7 shift pattern.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nuclear chemistry principles and have experience in the application of chemical analysis techniques.

You will be part of a close-knit team supporting Submarine Build and Test & Commissioning functions, performing analysis on a wide variety of fluids, gases and materials while maintaining nuclear safety and assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine work with no supervision and complex tasks under minimal supervision
  • Working with a team of Chemists on shifts, providing 24/7 Chemistry support
  • Access, have a clear understanding of and apply the Quality and HS&E Management System documentation e.g., Process Instructions
Requirements
  • HNC or degree equivalent qualification(s) relevant to the role
  • Industry Experience
