Job Summary

Natixis London Branch is seeking a highly skilled Macro Sales Japan Specialist to provide seamless client coverage service to Japanese institutional investors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Macro Sales team in Tokyo to deliver our internal business resources to clients in an appropriate manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • Make strategic distribution across various investment products in the global fixed income and foreign exchange market.
  • Deliver our internal business resources, including research reports, trading commentaries, and trade ideas, to clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with investors, understanding their financial conditions and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure seamless information sharing with the Macro Sales team in Tokyo, including market information and client data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading, syndication, financial engineering, and back office teams, to facilitate client needs.
  • Support clients' business trips and attend meetings as necessary.
  • Comply with internal guidelines, industry rules, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the internal setup, including KYC processes, eligible product registration, trade limit setting, and account registration.
  • Report any issues to internal stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global fixed income and foreign exchange market, as well as commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with fluency in Japanese and English. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of Japanese business manners and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
