Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment. As a key member of our facilities staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the office, accommodation service, and properties are well-maintained and meet health and safety and housing legislation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
