We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Professional to join our EngineeringUK team in London. As an Executive Assistant to the European Finance Director, you will play a critical role in supporting the Prime Video leadership team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a leading entertainment company. Your primary responsibilities will include calendar management, travel coordination, expense report submission, and document writing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. You will be working closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage complex calendars and schedules for multiple teams across locations.
  2. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  3. Submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  4. Organize and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events.
  5. Track key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  6. Liaise with direct reports and maintain effective communication channels.
  7. Manage team spaces, including moves and reconfigurations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional administrative support.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
