About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team at Canterbury Reach Lodge Retreat in Petham, Kent. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness within all accommodation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness within all accommodation
  • Changing over bed linen
  • Re-stocking lodges with essentials where required
  • Assisting with deep cleans on accommodation as necessary
  • Keeping accurate inventories of cleaning materials and products
  • Assisting with delivery, collection, and making up of laundry boxes
  • Promptly reporting lost and found property to the reception

Requirements:

  • Similar previous experience is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat
