Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Route Optimization Analyst to join our team at our Ketton site near Stamford on our contract with Heidelberg. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze traffic patterns and road conditions to optimize routes.
• Use data analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery rates, on-time arrival percentages, and fuel efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in route optimization or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
