Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team in the Gateshead office, responsible for delivering projects ranging in value from £10m to £70m across various sectors. This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and office-based work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial elements of 2 stages and negotiated tenders from the initial cost plan through to the financial close.
  • Provide regular cost updates to the client's surveying team and finalize negotiations prior to entering into a contract.
  • Experience in controlling costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
