Twenty 4 Seven is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Year 3 Teacher to join our team in an ambitious and stimulating 'Good' Ofsted-rated mainstream Primary School in Canterbury.

About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver well-structured differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum and the school's curriculum policy
  • Provide pupils with regular feedback and encourage them to respond effectively
  • Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment following the school's behaviour policy
  • Deploy support staff efficiently
  • Take responsibility for improving teaching through appropriate professional development, responding to advice and feedback from colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other professionals about pupils' achievements and well-being

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working within an educational setting or similar (minimum of 12 months of experience)
  • Child DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to pay and apply for a new one
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Good communication skills

Salary: £22,250 - £39,406 per annum
