Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel just north of London. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and maximize revenue
- Conduct regular stock takes and manage inventory levels
- Report to the Restaurant Manager and contribute to the overall success of the hotel
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong knowledge of fine dining and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
