About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Baristas to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Train and develop Baristas to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of the store
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
