We are seeking a highly skilled Speech & Language Therapist to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapy services to young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a special needs education setting.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake initial assessments to establish the scope, level, and nature of individual young people's therapeutic and mental health needs.
- Lead and facilitate group and/or individual therapy sessions, ensuring interventions continue to meet the needs of the YP and are consistent with the provisions detailed in their therapy plan.
- Manage, monitor, and review an assigned caseload, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales.
- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
- Experience working with young people with ASD in a special needs education setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
