**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires strong strategic project management skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading transformation projects, driving business development, and overseeing operational chains, financials, and risks. They will be responsible for coordinating transformation, business development, optimization, and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and accompany transformation, business development, optimization, and regulatory projects.
  • Coordinate transformation, business development, optimization, and regulatory projects.
  • Propose solutions regarding transformation, business development, optimization, and regulatory projects.
  • Monitor the budget allocated to missions.
  • Respect the timeline agreed for delivering missions.
  • Raise any alerts, risks, or dependencies concerning the execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • Good project management and presentation skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial products and Sales & Trading environment.
  • Autonomy and ability to solicit approval or arbitration as needed.
  • Management of simultaneous missions with good organization skills.
  • Delivery skills with the ability to bring pragmatic solutions to clients.
  • Eagerness to learn about new applications or tools.
  • Enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Clear and appropriate reporting to management, sponsors, and Orga Front Account managers.
  • Fluent in English and French.
