Job Overview
VANRATH is recruiting a skilled Joiner to work within the Building Maintenance department for a leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic maintenance and be familiar with Social Housing sector requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake duties as a Joiner to standards set out by contracts
- Carry out duties in accordance with Statutory Regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Assist Foreman in producing quality products within contract periods

Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS/CSR card
- On-site experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
