This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national Accountancy firm as an Audit and Accounts Partner. The firm has over 130+ offices across the UK&I, with the Manchester office being a flagship location. The role is created due to growth and succession planning within the Partner team.
About the Role
This is a leadership role in audit and assurance, where you will work with a diverse range of clients, including OMBs and smaller/larger businesses. You will be responsible for leading your own portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are adhered to. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the training and development of the Audit and Accounts team.
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualification with RI status. Extensive experience in audit and assurance, with a proven leadership track record. Strong technical knowledge of current audit and accounting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, inspire and coach your team. Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to business development.
