We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships, Teaching Assistant Level 3 or AEB short courses.
Key Responsibilities- Support a caseload of 45 learners across the Liverpool region, face-to-face and remotely
- Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications
- Create tailored solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
- Utilise our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
- A competitive salary, with bandings ranging from £27,500 to £28,500
- A bonus of up to £160 for each learner referred

We are looking for a candidate with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, and significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting. An assessing qualification and teaching qualification would be advantageous. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You can expect a two-stage interview process, which will comprise a 30-minute phone call with the Line Manager and a one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams.
