Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our supermarket team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
