Job Title: Food Technology Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Food Technology Cover Teacher to join our team at an outstanding rated school in the heart of Southampton, Hampshire.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Ensure students stay on track with learning objectives.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt to teaching various subjects as required by the school.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • QTS is desired but as a minimum previous experience teaching Food Technology and hold a degree in the subject or similar field.
  • Experience in a classroom setting is desirable, though not essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
