We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Keltbray Energy. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional commercial results and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Commercial Manager in providing support to the contract delivery team to ensure profitability and cash management.
- Input into the application and credit control processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and pricing of variations.
- Understand and manage project risk, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Produce CVRs and CTC, and manage the full sub-contract cycle, including documentation and cost control.
- Assist with weekly cost to complete/budget reviews and upload documentation as necessary.
- Review weekly site records, including allocation sheets and site diaries, and attend project progress meetings.
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports and assist with the preparation of business targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
