Job Title: Senior Spinal Surgery Fellow

The NHS is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Spinal Surgery Fellow. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work closely with experienced spinal surgeons and contribute to the development of innovative treatment strategies for complex spinal disorders.

The role will involve participating in research projects, audits, and peer-reviewed publications, as well as providing leadership and support for other trainees. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in spinal deformity surgery, clinical anatomy, and pathology of the spine. Additionally, they will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including anterior and posterior approaches, spinal tumour surgery, spinal trauma, and infections.

This position requires a strong understanding of biomechanics, clinical anatomy, and pathology of the spine, as well as basic experience in clinical assessment and surgery of the spine. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about sub-specialising in spinal surgery and have a proven track record of participation in spinal surgery research. A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position.
