**Role Overview**

The Payroll Team sits within the EMEA Finance Team at TP ICAP, a world-leading provider of market infrastructure. As a Payroll Associate - Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will work closely with the EMEA Finance Team to provide payroll-related advice and guidance to staff, management, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process company payrolls accurately and on time.
  • Provide expert advice on non-UK transfers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure seamless processing of international relocations and assignments on Workday.
  • Support the Payroll Administrator in processing monthly payrolls.
  • Liaise with staff and management on payroll-related queries, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accuracy of employee data.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in running large/complex payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of UK PAYE requirements and principles.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Detailed knowledge of key global mobility processes with respect to payroll matters.
  • Experience dealing with complex employee queries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
