Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, promoting our products, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage with potential customers to promote our tours and products.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products to customers, and achieve or exceed daily sales targets.
  • Minimise revenue losses through careful processing of all monetary transactions.
  • Ensure records of all sales are maintained and accounted for.
  • Carry out revenue protection duties when required.
  • Report incidents, breakdowns, and vehicle defects to the Operations Managers as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • Sightseeing/Tourism experience is an advantage.
  • Sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work as part of a wider team.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • The ability to work proactively and competently without close supervision.
  • Target-driven, with a focus on achieving or exceeding daily sales targets.
