">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team in Chorlton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality support to people with enduring mental health diagnoses.
">As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our supported accommodation service, which provides a safe and supportive environment for 12 adults of all genders. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Support Workers to ensure that individual support plans are implemented and reviewed regularly.
">The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage rotas and staffing needs as they arise. You will also be responsible for supervising and observing Support Workers to ensure that they are delivering high-quality care and support.
">We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
