Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenkeeper to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort's golf courses to the highest standards, ensuring they are always in pristine condition for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the resort's golf courses, including mowing, treating, and raking greens, tees, and rough areas.
• Operate heavy machinery, such as sod cutters, spray rigs, and fertilizer spreaders, as directed.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment, including replacing fuel and oil, and daily cleaning.
• Report equipment problems or failures and properly store equipment.

Requirements

• NVQ L2 or L3 in greenkeeping, or equivalent.
• Experience in lawn maintenance and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work in all-weather conditions and prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
• Physical fitness to operate heavy machinery.
