Salary: Up to £60,000 + Commission + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's growth and revenue targets. This will involve cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also identifying new opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth
- Identify new opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to increase revenue
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience as a Business Development Manager or similar
- Experience within Truss, Joist or Timber Frames
